Accommodation

The Chateau and its Cottage are fantastic properties which have been lovingly restored retaining a vast array of original features. Both properties are furnished in keeping with their rustic country chateau character and surroundings and provide those little luxuries that make a holiday here something quite special. The Chateau and its Cottage are set in their own private 5 acres of beautiful parkland traversed by a river. We particularly welcome families with children and have concentrated on making it a fantastic and safe place for everyone to have a wonderful holiday.

Kernormand translates to "Home of the Vikings". It must be one of the most beautiful farms in the area.

Set in it's own valley in Brittany or 'Bretagne' and just 10 minutes walk from the town of Callac , Kernormand holiday gite benefits from the tranquility of the countryside but still has the conveniences of the town. It also has its very own ancient viking fortress ruin.

Our beautiful country holiday gite in Brittany, which is adjacent to the main house, has just been renovated from top to bottom and is now ready to accept visitors. The gite is on two floors and has been decorated and furnished in a very French modern chic way. It is completely detached from the main house, has good sized rooms and a full bathroom, a 'tres modern' kitchen and a wood burning stove for those families who want to take a break here in the winter.

La Marette is a typical Brittany longere with outbuildings set in approximately 2 acres of garden and orchard bordered by fields and woodland. Situated close enough to the N12 to be a great advantage to reach airports, ports and cities such as Rennes, but not so close as to be a nuisance. The medieval town of Dinan is only 20 minutes away, St Malo port 50 minutes, Dinard airport 30 minutes, Rennes airport 40 minutes and the north coast of Brittany only 45 minutes away.

Self catering gite in Mayenne, Northern France in the heart of the Mayenne countryside, this cottage has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a cot. There is central heating throughout.

The cottage is situated on the Manor estate, with a superb view of the River Mayenne. You will never tire of this view from the terrace, where meals may be taken in Spring and Summer.

The cottage is extremely comfortable, with all modern amenities and furnished throughout in good period country furniture.

It has its own private lane and entrance with parking facilities.

There is a pleasant footpath along the river; you could use bikes also to explore the surroundings.
